Billing Options from Xoom Telecom

Xoom Telecom offers a range of options to select from for paying bills as well as for receiving bills. All of these billing methods are written based on the lifestyle of people and the convenience we can offer them. Here are some of the choices we offer:

Bill Received Process

E-bills: We offer your bills through e-billing method. This is one of easiest receiving method, where we send your bill on a digital format on your inbox directly. The bill can be viewed anytime and on any device. To view the bill all you have to do is click on it.

Paper bills: If you plan to receive your phone bill via post every month, then we can arrange that for you as well. However, here you will be charged an extra $2.50 (inc. GST) to the bill. The bill will be delivered right at your doorstep.

Our Payment Options We have several useful methods through which you can easily pay your monthly telephone and data bills. These methods are as follows:


Online Method:

  • Secure Credit Card Payment: If you choose this method of payment then there a certain surcharge applicable. Any applicable fee will be charged on your Utel invoice. o Visa/Mastercard 2% surcharge
  • BPAY: You can contact your bank or financial institution to make such payments through cheques, debit, or savings account. The BPAY biller code and reference number are located on the second page of your bill. To know more about BPAY you can visit www.bpay.com.au
  • EFT Payment Advice: If you plan to select and pay by the EFT or Electronic Funds Transfer, then please include your 6 digit account number as a reference Xoom Telecom’s banking details that is located in the second page of your bill.

Every person has a different level of comfort while doing transactions online. Many people are not quite confident doing online transactions due to several reasons. Keeping this fact in mind, we also offer other modes of bill payment. The other methods of bill payment are:

  • Pay over the phone: You can call 1300 136 954 using postbill pay to process the payment.
  • Pay via post: You can send a check along with remittance advice found on the bottom of the bill to Xoom Telecom Pty Ltd Po Box 568 Brighton SA-5048

Managing Your Billing Services

Xoom Telecom offers flexibility to customers to select from select their billing between one of the two billing periods. The date selected will be when the bill gets sent. This date can be the beginning of the calendar month or the middle of the month.

All bills should be payable to Xoom Telecom P/L within 14 days from your invoice due date. If the billing address has changed please contact our customer care 1300 136 954.
