To fix this problem, operators must look into the lacks in terms of standards in case of Wi-Fi spectrum usage. In the current status, the conflict between devices in service of unlicensed spectrum is extremely detrimental when it is about spectrum competence.

Cellular networks are managed with more labor than Wi-Fi. This situation would not have arrived for Apple if the operators focused with equal attention on cellular networks as well as Wi-Fi connection.
